Description: The Mediterranean Sea is a great influence on Zoi’s personal & career life. The gentle yet surging waves of the sea constantly refresh her with new cooking styles. Taking this as an inspiration, the design is aimed to provide boundless and calming dining experience. The combination of modern and traditional Mediterranean color scheme added with presence of natural lighting creates the feeling of being in a “Second Home”. Reflection and refraction of sunlight are also strategically applied to create underwater ambience into the dining spaces.
